Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Support Analyst / Team Lead will play a key role in guiding our IT support team. You will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers high-quality technical assistance to end-users, resolving complex issues, and maintaining a robust and efficient IT infrastructure.

**Details**:

- Lead and mentor a team of IT Support Analysts to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and oversee problem management processes to identify and address recurring technical issues systematically.
- Manage escalations from the service desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution and customer communication.
- Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve potential IT issues before they impact end-users.
- Work with the IT Manager to develop and foster a service desk culture that meets and exceeds performance metrics and builds continuous improvement.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of IT documentation, including knowledge base articles.
- Educate end-users on basic technology usage and best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and actively seek opportunities for professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in providing technical support in a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous leadership or team lead experience is preferred.
- Experience with monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with service desk ticket metrics and reporting.
- Ability to effectively manage escalations and prioritize tasks.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
