We have a position available with Limestone Property Management, under our Maintenance Division. This division supports our property management team by providing general repairs and maintenance to our properties at LPM and to other various Clients. We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual that will meet our high standards of service and provide both interior and exterior work.

**The Position: General Repairs and Maintenance**
- Performing general renovations, service calls and preventative maintenance
- Work as a group or independently on a variety of projects
- Ability to solve problems effectively and attention to detail is crucial
- Corresponding with managers concerning day-to-day activities
- Accurately filling out work orders and timesheets for administrative purposes

Required skills:

- General carpentry
- Light plumbing and light electrical
- Exterior work (i.e. concrete, downspouts, caulking, flashing, siding, roofing)
- Drywall, patching, sanding, painting
- Bathroom renovations
- Flooring: laminate, tiling, and vinyl installation
- Doors and window repair
- Written and verbal communication skill
- Hold a valid 'G' driver’s license

Desired work experience includes:

- Minimum 5+ years' experience in the repairs/maintenance field, construction, or related field
- Proficiency in building maintenance, preferably in a residential/commercial and tenant environment
- Working knowledge of hand and power tools
- Plumbing and electrical experience an asset
- Carpentry license an asset

**Education**:

- Secondary school diploma

This position will require you to be able to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring organizational skills are a priority.

Hours of Work: 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM (Monday - Friday). On-call availablity is required.

The hourly rate will be based on skill and experience.
