Full Time Hygienist

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Assist in the diagnosis of oral diseases by examining patients’ gums and teeth.
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately using Dentrix or similar software.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, including orthodontics and pediatrics.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in dental assisting or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry is beneficial.
- Experience working in a dental office setting, particularly with orthodontics, is an asset.
- A strong commitment to customer service and patient satisfaction is essential.
