**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining proper sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and address any special requests from guests.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but **not required.**:

- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills is essential for success in this role.
