**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to tables, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any issues or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately while adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and guest service standards.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
