Calgary, Canada Begonia Bakehouse Full time

_Begonia Bakehouse _is looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled individual for the front and back of house. If you have experience working in front of the house with customers and making coffee, but would enjoy working a bit in the back of the house, this position is for you.

**Duties Include**:

- Front of House_
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos and teas. Ability to make latte art is preferred.
- Communicate with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations on drinks and food items. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, bread slicer and other kitchen appliances safely and efficiently.
- Package baked goods for takeout.
- Complete inventory
- Prepare packaging, to ensure the front is fully stocked
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, equipment, and storage areas.
- Back of House_
- Prepare daily sandwiches every morning and, as required, throughout the day.
- Assist with preparing pans and trays for the next day bake.
- Assist with daily cleaning including: sweeping, mopping and washing dishes,
- Assist with cleaning and sanitize both the front of the house and kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash

**Experience**:
1 - 2 years experience in a cafe setting would be preferred.

**Schedule**:
Pay: $15.00-$16.50 per hour
