ENDVR is looking for a VP of Finance to join their leadership team and play a critical role in shaping their financial future as they prepare for growth. Reporting to the CEO and Co-founder, the VP of Finance will be responsible for planning and tracking the team’s financial strategy to achieve sustainable growth.

**What You'll Do**:

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, and treasury management
- Collaborate with the leadership team to craft a data-driven metrics dashboard that measures key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards achieving business objectives
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals
- Partner with the CEO, leadership team, board and investors to optimize resource allocation and ensure alignment on strategic decisions to drive financial sustainability
- Secure funding through venture capital, debt financing, or other means
- Identify and implement process improvements to ensure efficient and scalable financial operations
- Contribute to building a strong company culture with a focus on transparency and accountability
- Implement and maintain robust financial reporting systems and controls
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS
- Manage external audit relationships and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities and risks
- Develop financial models to support business decisions and investment strategies

**What You've Done**:

- Proven track record as a VP of Finance or similar senior financial role in a high-growth startup or venture-backed company
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting & Operations
- Deep understanding of GAAP or IFRS accounting principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset to measure and optimize financial performance
- Executive-level presence, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
- Passion for building and scaling businesses
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with fundraising processes and venture capital landscape
- Experience working with brands and/or retailers a plus
