Financing Solutions Managers are our credit experts. They work closely with Account Managers and many other internal and external partners.

**Your role**Perform high-quality credit analyses in accordance with the standards established by the Credit Centre, and make recommendations-
Participate in determining client financing needs in collaboration with the Commercial Banking ManagerNegotiate credit terms and conditions with the Credit Centre as needed and confirm the availability of financing for the Commercial Banking Manager
- Act as a resource person for your team in handling credit matters and assist the Senior Manager, as needed, in addressing team members' skills development in this area

**Competencies required**
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience, OR a master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience
- Negotiation experience
- Experience in commercial credit
- Experience analyzing financial statements
