Being a Financing Solutions Manager at National Bank means being part of our expert commercial credit team. You will work closely with Commercial Account Directors and many other internal and external partners.

This position reports to the Regional Vice-President

Your role:

- Perform high-quality credit analysis in accordance with the standards established by the Credit Centre, and make recommendations to support our clients needs
- Participate in determining client financing needs in collaboration with the Commercial Account Directors
- Negotiate credit terms and conditions with the Credit Risk Management team as needed and confirm the availability of financing for the Commercial Account Director
- Act as a resource person for your team in handling credit matters and assist the Regional Vice President, as needed, in addressing team members' skills development in this area.
- You must be able to identify the risks inherent to Personal and Commercial Banking sector activities

**Required competencies**
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience, OR a master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience, OR an undergraduate diploma from the National Bank University Program and 8 years of relevant experience
- Negotiation experience
- Experience in commercial credit
- Experience analyzing financial statements
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other platforms customarily used in a lending environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to effectively collaborate with partners and form well-reasoned recommendations.
