**Responsibilities**:

- Assist carpenters with framing, finishing, and custom woodwork as directed.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation, following detailed instructions.
- Help install structures and fixtures, including doors, windows, cabinetry, and drywall.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and stored properly.
- Clean and prepare job sites, including removing debris and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by carpenters or site supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in construction or carpentry.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced carpenters.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (an asset).
- Relevant certifications in construction or carpentry (an asset).
