**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Carpenter Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to learn the trade of carpentry while working alongside experienced professionals. As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of carpentry, including installation, construction, and maintenance tasks. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about building and craftsmanship.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist skilled carpenters in the construction and installation of structures and fixtures.
- Perform heavy lifting and carry materials to job sites as needed.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Participate in the framing of structures and forming concrete (ICF and conventional forming).
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
- Help with construction estimating by measuring materials and assessing project needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on the job site.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in construction or carpentry is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safe handling of materials.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans will be beneficial for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $29.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
