We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our pharmacy team. Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, the Shipping Coordinator will manage packaging and shipping operations for our BC location and perform key administrative duties. The Shipping Coordinator will package and label orders, manage packing supplies and handle shipping questions alongside our customer support team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Pharmacy team with packaging and labelling of prescriptions in preparation for daily pickup by courier at the scheduled time
- Keep a record of all shipping supplies and promotional materials and re-order supplies as needed
- Provide tracking information to users
- Communicate with the customer service team regarding any shipping issues and returns
- Other administrative and clerical work and ad-hoc tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- At least 18+ years of age with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Remarkable attention to detail as it relates to packaging and labelling, inventory management and quality control
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Respect for Health & Safety procedures and protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for colleagues
- Previous pharmacy experience preferred
- Fluent in English

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$43,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
