**Job Overview**:
We seek a skilled and motivated SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team of digital marketing professionals. The SEO Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies for our clients to enhance their online visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and phrases relevant to clients' industries and target markets.
- Perform on-page optimization for clients' websites including optimizing website content, meta tags, and URLs for targeted keywords.
- Develop and execute off-page optimization strategies including link building, content promotion, and outreach efforts to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools, and provide regular reports on SEO performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms and implement relevant strategies to maximize client results.
- Collaborate with our web design team to implement SEO recommendations and initiatives during website design and development projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide SEO recommendations, insights, and performance updates, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Generating weekly reports for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue, and keyword tracking.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role with a strong track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
