We are looking for a Customer Centric individual to come join our Sales team in this newly created role here at Avidbots. Partnering with the Account Executive, BDR and Pre-Sales Specialists, this Account Manager role will be the voice of the customer throughout the entire sales cycle and beyond.

**How you will make a difference**:

- Work with existing customers to understand possible expansion opportunities and prospect new deals
- Work closely with your Account Executive at the beginning of a sales cycle, and partner across the business to ensure all Customer questions are being answered in a timely manner and properly communicate/ set expectations with customers
- Maintain deep product knowledge while understanding each customers needs to properly assess product fit per site
- Schedule and attend (when possible) onsite demo’s and evaluations
- Measure, report and analyze account health, playbook progress, account sentiment in order to optimize the customer journey continuously through innovative practices focused on driving adoption, retention and expansion
- Coordinate, develop, and lead customer business reviews
- Coordinate the transition of your accounts at the point of acquisition as well as when new products are purchased via expansion motions.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in a Sales and/or Customer Success role, preferably in the tech industry
- Ability to build and maintain great relationships with multiple customers
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Data Driven and analytical
- Ability to travel when required
- Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include criminal/civil background checks

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience identifying renewal or expansion opportunities
