Position**:Installation Site Supervisor**
Reports to: Plant Manager
**Summary**
Acts as primary customer contact for pre
- and post-installation activities related to the custom-designed pre-fabricated architectural metal products, primarily transit and bicycle shelters, kiosks and signage.
The primary driver of all site activity will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed according to design, within budget, to project schedule, and to the required standard for quality.
- Provide overall site management and direction to installers to ensure a the project successful project completion.
- Along with the Project Manager the Site Supervisor will provide hands on support to complete the installations to effectively lead the daily onsite construction and assumes responsibility of the installation activities.
- Overseeing workmanship and foreseeing problems in advance before they arise.
- Ensure your site is organized and adheres to the requirements defined in the
- Occupational Health and Safety Program.
- Liaison between the Plant Manager, Engineers and the installers.
- Provide progress reports on site activities.
- Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists.
- Maintain an organized job site.
- Responsible for managing and ensuring proper construction site safety.
- Must be hands on when required (heavy lifting).

**Minimum qualifications**
- 3 years related experience
- Previous experience with custom manufacturing, such as architectural or construction products, sign or metal fabrication, or technical products
- Comfortable with basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, percentages, markups)
- Able to read architectural or construction plans and technical specifications
- Independent, yet able to work well as part of a team
- Communicate with ease in English (both written and spoken)
- Able to work legally in Canada
**Educational requirements and/or training**
- Community college graduate (preferred)
- Familiarity with technical products
**Salary**: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
