**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years experience working in a steel fabrication shop environment.
- Familiarity of equipment operations such as brake press, rolls, iron workers, and shears.
- Experience with all welding processes.
- Possession of CWB ticket considered an asset.
- Completion of minimum 2nd year of a Metal Fabrication program at a recognized institution.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints to determine specific welding requirements.
- Ability to identify and measure materials.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques to maximize effective manufacture of products.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
