Make an impact with our Creative Marketing team as a Video Production Coordinator. This diverse team of professionals thinks outside the box to develop creative and innovative marketing programs. **Responsibilities**
- Support in creating and developing leading-edge audio and video solutions, with a focus on virtual engagements such as webinars
- Assist managers and leaders with the planning and production of webinars using Microsoft Teams or other platforms
- Assist with lighting setups, camera rigs, teleprompters, and audio production for video shoots
- Collaborate with Regional and National Marketing Managers to ensure successful execution of audio and video initiatives
- Communicate ideas and concepts to stakeholders
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s service lines and client groups
- Communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels, including external suppliers and vendors
- Organize tasks and set priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and tactics for virtual engagement and virtual events
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

**Skills and Experience**
- Completion of post-secondary education in film, video production, broadcasting, or other related field
- Ability to speak French and English (written and oral)
- 1 - 3 years of experience working in a video production or webinar support setting
- Working knowledge of video marketing practices, including the ability to work with audio and video distribution platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Audition, and Premiere
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and how to natively incorporate video
- Knowledge of marketing processes such as budgeting and project coordination would be considered an asset
- Experience with OpenReel would be considered an asset
