**Building Maintenance Staff**

The requirements for this position would be:

- Initiative, attention to detail, knowledge of power tools
- Ability to work without close supervision and within established timeframes
- Complete all work orders that were assigned.
- Communicate effectively with management at all levels.
- Team player and reliable.

The duty for this position would be:

- Perform any general handyman repairs.
- Drywall repair, painting.
- Minor plumbing and electrical issues.
- Fixing door gaps, transition strips, baseboards
- Food safety-related building repairs and maintenance.
- Assist in some demolition and renovations when needed.
- Report to Maintenance Manager all deficiencies.
- Fill out Work Order Forms on work performed.
- Pick up material where needed.
- Keep company tools and equipment in good condition.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
