Look no further: VIA HFR is looking for a Director, Change Management.

**The responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a change management approach by proposing methods, tools, models, and solutions adapted to VIA TGF's needs, in order to mobilize and engage the project's key players.
- Carry out all change management activities, including impact analysis, risk assessment on human and organizational aspects, implementation of preparation/transition to change implementation.
- Identify risks, issues and potential reluctance and develop mitigation plans to ensure acceptance and adherence to change, while coordinating activities and ensuring the production of deliverables.
- Implement a change management culture and share a common vision with various stakeholders on philosophy, tools, and processes.
- Work in collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to ensure compliant deployment of identified deliverables.
- Develop performance indicators and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives.

**The requirements**
- 10 to 15 years experience in change management, including at least 5 years as a leader on a major project.
- 1st cycle university degree in a field relevant to change management.
- A certificate or specific training in change management is a strong asset.
- Experience in process implementation and optimization projects.
- Recognized for your leadership and ability to influence work groups, peers, and executives.
- Result-oriented while maintaining trajectory despite ambiguities encountered.
- Pragmatic in finding solutions and making decisions.
- Ability to build trusting relationships based on collaboration in a context requiring tight deadlines and the involvement of many players.
- Good stress tolerance and resilience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, in both French and English.
- Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA/CRIA) - an asset.
