**Role Summary**:
The Dealer Operations team is responsible for providing service to the Sun Life sales force in the administration of our market based wealth business. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is an exciting role that provides phone support to our advisors in an inbound operational environment.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Providing superior service to advisor telephone calls regarding the administration of mutual fund and segregated fund products
- Assess advisor needs and address issues in a timely manner meeting monitored productivity and quality objectives
- Use on-line systems to gather information required and resolve issues
- Track interactions using on-line systems
- Provide superior customer service by being proactive in meeting customer needs
- Adherence to a strictly monitored schedule

**Assets**:

- Mutual Fund Industry experience
- Previous experience with Customer Service Workbench (CSW)
- Previous call centre experience

**Notes/Unique Requirements**:

- Current hours of service are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - must be available to work rotation of shifts
- Overtime will be required during peak season
