Burlington, Canada SITECH Mid-Canada Ltd. Full time

We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse Clerk, operating from our Burlington location. SITECH Eastern Canada Ltd. operates within a team-oriented atmosphere that places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Shipping and Receiving operations of the branch;
- Accurately pick, pack and ship orders to meet our customers demands;
- Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and submitted;
- Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock checks;
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe working environment;
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize warehouse operations;
- Assist customers who are picking up and returning products;
- Assist with the loading and unloading of our service trucks;
- General assessment of equipment returned from rent;
- Maintain communication with colleagues on the status of orders;
- Assist the Support and Field Service team with the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of equipment;
- Assist the Bench Services team with the PDI and shipping of serviced equipment;
- Parts delivery when necessary to other branch locations or to customer jobsites;
Key Qualifications:

- Prior experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a clerk or similar role;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Proficient in using inventory management systems or similar software;
- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
