**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager & Video Content Creator with a strong focus on video production and creative content formulation. This role involves creating compelling video content, collaborating with industry experts, and developing innovative content ideas to engage and educate our audience, while enhancing our brand presence on social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, produce, and edit high-quality video content for social media channels, with a focus on storytelling and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with industry experts and influencers to create informative and appealing video content.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery.
- Develop content calendars and strategize content ideas to align with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to optimize content strategy.
- Engage with the online community and respond to comments and feedback on social media platforms.
- Analyze the performance of video content and social media campaigns, providing reports on engagement and ROI.
- Consistently brainstorm new ideas and strategies to generates new leads, followers and increases our brand engagement.
- Other matters related to the business, as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in video production, content creation, and social media management.
- Strong video editing skills, with proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Creative mind and storytelling skills, with an ability to produce engaging and educational video content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with team members and industry experts.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in social media and digital technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in creating video content for [specific industry], with a portfolio demonstrating past work.
- Ability to operate cameras and other video production equipment.
- Knowledge of graphic design and animation is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
