**We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Media and E-commerce Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, as well as supporting our e-commerce activities.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually appealing and engaging social media posts, including graphics, images, and videos.
- Assist with product management on the e-commerce platform, including adding, updating, and organizing products.
- Help optimize the user experience on the e-commerce website by suggesting improvements and implementing changes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive brand experience.
- Collect and analyze social media and e-commerce data to evaluate performance and identify trends.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in successfully managing social media platforms, with a specific focus on TikTok and Instagram.
- Familiarity with popular design tools like Canva and proficiency in utilizing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Strong skills in creating engaging and visually appealing content, including reels and visuals.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, enabling clear and effective communication with diverse audiences.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, enabling efficient management of multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks, and consistently delivering high-quality results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
