We're hiring part-time Technical Support Consultants to join our GTA frontline teams. We are seeking new talent for a class starting on August 2nd supporting customers with their Ignite products and services.

- Past experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a call center environment

- An ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- An ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Expert communication and listening skills
- Able to travel to our York Mills location once a month
