We are looking passionate and friendly server to join our team. **Responsibilities & duties**: - Demonstrate excellent customer service - ensuring that the customers are satisfied with their food and service and taking action to correct any problems - Take orders and serve food/beverages (in person, via phone or delivery apps) accurately and efficiently using good knowledge of our menu; Take-out and dine-in orders - Have strong work ethic and committed to team, ensuring the restaurant clean and organized - Take cleaning duties; sweeping and mopping floor, washing glasses, cleaning washrooms - Check and re-stock beverages and inventory **Qualifications**: - Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine - Smart serve certified - More than 6 months Sushi restaurant experience is asset. **Language**: - English (required) - Korean (asset) **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time **Salary**: From $15.00 per hour Additional pay: - Tips **Benefits**: - Discounted or free food Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Holidays - Monday to Friday - Night shift - Weekend availability **Experience**: - serving: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Smart Serve (preferred)
