**General Responsibilities**:

- Project Coordinator will work alongside and assist Project Manager
- Perform high-level reviews of shop drawings and layout drawings
- Maintain the Project folder with all relevant information
- Monitor costing to support the project budget
- Review, understand, and ensure Company and Industry Standards are followed
- Assist with estimating and procurement
- Assist PM, Install Manager and Operations to help maintain schedule and performance
- Monitor and track project extras for change orders
- Assist with issuing shop packages and work orders
- Communicate with detailers, shop foreman, install coordinator, sales team
- Communicate with vendors, transport carriers, shipping/receiving

**Specific Requirements**:

- Ability to read structural & architectural drawings
- Construction experience, manufacturing, or general construction experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
- Ability to multitask with a high degree of organizational skills
- Valid BC Driver’s License
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the work force

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Works well with others
- Level 1 Estimation Certificate (would be an asset)

Full-time, permanent position, Salary Range $50,000 -$70,000 to start depending on experience.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
