_Stroh Health Care Consulting Ltd _provides the provincial coordination for BC's Respectful Relationships Part 2. As a result of the upcoming retirement of the Program Manager we are now hiring for this permanent part-time position.
- **Position Requirements**:_
- A Master's degree in a related discipline
- Three years experience in providing treatment for intimate partner violence, and
- Experience in offering clinical supervision
- **Duties**:_

Provide clinical oversight, support and supervision to facilitators providing RR2 by:

- Assisting in the screening and approval of new RR2 facilitators
- Debriefing new facilitators after their intake interviews with new RR2 participants
- Reviewing documentation - case notes, _Interim_ and _Final Progress Reports, and Maintenance Plans _at the end of group or sooner if a need is apparent
- Meeting with facilitator pairs or individual facilitators as needed either as a result of a request from the facilitator(s) or as seen as necessary by the clinical supervisor in reviewing the work of the facilitator(s)
- Providing feedback, and discussion as appropriate upon receipt of the anonymous and confidential client _Participant Surveys _

**Employment Details**:

- It is expected that this position will be approximately half-time
- An excellent benefit program is available to those who work a minimum of $15 hours per week

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
