This role maintains oversight of assigned programs, monitors technical performance in areas such as quality, delivery, and cost, and ensures that customer satisfaction objectives are achieved. This requires regular interactions with employees across the organization to obtain and communicate information about customer orders.
This position requires excellent professional communication skills to present updates, manage stakeholder expectations, and interact regularly with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure continuous Customer Satisfaction, represent the customer internally.
- Establish and develop the company’s relationship with new and existing customers.
- Monitor, report, and escalate commercial KPIs
- Communicate customer complaints to internal teams/depts for corrective action planning, and stay informed throughout the process
- Maintain communication and act as the escalation contact for customers on all program related issues, in close collaboration with internal depts.
- Prepare the sales budget and MTP exercise
- Ensure the COM system data is accurate
- Ensure contract rules and contract obligations are applied and adhered to
- Manage purchase orders.
- Manage contractual changes between the organization and customers
- Managing Accounts Receivables (RC and NRC)
- Prepare and present program reviews
- Ensure that contracts reaching their end have all action steps defined.
- Support business retention activities to maximize contract retention and renewals.
- Support the bidding process to guarantee offers made meet customer requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as Business or Marketing, or equivalent, related experience may be considered
- 2+ years of previous, related experience in manufacturing, with a preference for experience in the aerospace/aviation sector
- Previous experience and/or a designation in project management is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Autonomous; able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to exercise good judgement in dealing with confidential information
- Able to take initiative and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Willing and able to travel as needed (estimated 5-10%)
