Position Summary

In this GTHA-based role, you will be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities in accounts with more than 1000 employees in the GTHA and surrounding regions. You are a seller with a background in enterprise cyber security sales and have a results-oriented mindset with a passion for over-achieving sales targets while exceeding customer expectations.

You will be playing a key role by influencing mainly prospects but also some assigned customer’s to attach to Trend Micro’s Vision One Platform and adopt more modules. To be successful in this position, you will fully understand all aspects of complex selling in an enterprise technology market and build a pipeline of 5X of your new business quota.

Responsibilities:
- Proven record of closing large enterprise cyber security transactions- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Trend Micro products, services, and processes.- Create and maintain monthly forecasts as well as develop, manage, and report on a sales report pipeline within the territory.- Provide accurate weekly revenue forecasts.- Follow sound sales processes and steps including creating and implementing a strategic territory plan and driving and overachieving aggressive revenue targets.- Embrace the use of new sales tools & up-to-date marketing presentations.- Report back changing market conditions to management.- Present special programs to customers, prospects, and channel partners.- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships within your assigned accounts.- Regular face to face visits with all assigned accounts with clear call to actions after each meeting which results in demo’s, proof of concepts, and closed deals.- Adhere to CRM, business systems, and activity standards.- Travel is required.- Work closely with channel reps in account mapping activities, participate in sales calls, and host customer events monthly.- Invite accounts to Trend Micro events, Vision One Workshops, Webinars etc. and advocate marketing posts on social media platforms.- Develop sales plan and execute for current channel and accounts including working with channel partners to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in reading/writing/speaking in French and English.- Proven record of closing enterprise cyber security transactions ($100k + per transaction).- Proven record of bringing new logos into an organization.- Strong sales process and lead generation skills.- 5+ years' experience in cyber security sales.- Experience selling to CISO’s or senior-level contacts within an enterprise.- Successful experience working with channel partners.- Strong negotiation and closing skills including a demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales cycle to closure.- Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new concepts and technology using self-paced learning management platforms.- Strong verbal and written communication, account management and negotiation skills.- Strong presentation skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Have strong skills to accurately qualify opportunities and can motivate a prospect.- Be able to develop new pipeline opportunities (5 times your new business quota).- Be able to exceed your quarterly quotas.
