**Position Overview**:
Nature’s Way Canada is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Regional Accounts Manager to manage and grow our retail accounts across Quebec and Atlantic Canada. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong key account management experience, excellent communication skills in both English and French, and a passion for natural health products.

The Regional Accounts Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales performance across the assigned region.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and profit targets for assigned accounts.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers at retail, wholesale and specialty accounts.
- Present marketing programs and product education to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Manage inside sales for Quebec and Atlantic Canada, ensuring consistent communication, account follow-up, and sales performance.
- Travel approximately 75-80% of the time within the territory (Tuesday-Thursday on the road) to service accounts and attend events.
- Coordinate sales negotiations, resolve customer issues, and recommend product modifications as needed.
- Prepare sales contracts, quotes, and delivery estimates based on company schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of business transactions, call reports, and expense accounts.
- Provide market insights and forecasting data to support business planning.
- Meet or exceed annual sales forecasts and manage territory expenses within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support merchandising, promotions, and customer service initiatives.

**Environmental And Social Responsibility**:

- Support with the development, implementation and monitoring of the organization’s environmental and social goals as they relate to your team. This includes establishing your team’s performance metrics in alignment with the organization’s sustainability strategy.
- Identify opportunities for innovation or continuous improvement to enhance the organization’s sustainability goals (such as waste reduction/ diversion, circularity/ plastic reduction, emissions reduction, sustainable procurement, local sourcing, etc.).
- Foster a culture of sustainability within the organization by encouraging your team’s participation in sustainability initiatives and committees (such as volunteering at community events, Sustainability Committee/ DEI Committee participation, 1% for the Planet employee nomination contest, etc.).

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Must reside in Montreal or South Shore.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis and hold a valid work permit.
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the retail, CPG, or natural health products industry.
- Experience working with regional key accounts in Quebec and Atlantic Canada is an asset.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, fact-based selling, and key account management.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Financial acumen and analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 20 pounds, standing for extended periods, and bending as needed while servicing retail accounts.

**Travel**:
You will be required to travel nationally and internationally from time to time on behalf of Nature’s Way of Canada.
