We offer a unique opportunity for a passionate **Customer Service Representative.**

In this position, you will be responsible for handling and coordinating every aspect of jobs through the printing production process.

This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience in the printing industry, a good knowledge of the trade printing production processes, and outstanding communication and customer service skills.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Interact and provide exceptional customer service through engagement with clients by understanding client requirements
- Receive digital files, prepare digital docket, and ensure proofs are delivered on time
- Review incoming proofs, update production, and forward to prepress
- Provide print production solutions to meet project and client expectations along with changes to reflect changing requirements
- Advise customers on extra cost changes from the estimation team
- Communicates in a timely manner with customers with accurate information pertaining to projects timelines
- Report the status of current and pending projects on a daily basis to customers
- Ensure all stages of quality control process have been adhered to in all stages prior to shipping off the floor
- Perform clerical and other office support tasks as needed

- Excellent time management skills and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

- Personal accountability to complete the task at hand regardless of setbacks or difficulties
- Embodies a positive attitude and a high level of trust, integrity, motivation, and drive
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
