We're on the lookout for Insurance Broker's to join our dynamic team Your role will involve boosting the company's client portfolio by selling a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present and pitch insurance policies to prospective and current clients.
- Develop and craft customized plans based on clients' unique needs.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Broaden our business outreach using effective networking strategies.
- Ensure adherence to insurance standards and regulations.
- Keep a keen eye on areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or related fields.
- Must be RIBO Licensed or willing to obtain the license.
- Ability to establish strong connections and rapport with clients.
- Proficient negotiation skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills to handle prioritization and multitasking effectively.
