**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all equipment is in proper operating condition
- Maintain an adequate supply of packing materials - ie. labels, trays, cartons
- Ensure the case taper is set up prior to production
- Use correct skid types for designated products and ensure no broken skids are used
- Ensure the product is identified with the correct label and identified properly on the production ticket
- Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality, and quality
- Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in the SOP manual
- Adhere to GMPs and Health and safety rules as outlined in the employee handbook
- Ensure GMPs and safe food handling practices are being followed
- Perform all other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Must work with speed and accuracy to keep up with the production process
- Flexibility around shift work is required with availability for overtime hours as needed (must be prepared to work 12 hours)
- Meet physical demands of the job including bending, walking, standing, and the ability to lift 22 kg above shoulders to a height of approximately seven feet
- Ability to operate electric pump truck
- GMP and safety awareness
- Basic Computer knowledge
