- Position overview:
As an SR&EDTechnical Consultant at Kingsway, you will use your industry knowledge to prepare the technical portion of clients' Scientific Research & Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax incentive claims. You will play an integral role in the technical component of fieldwork engagements as you work with a team of skilled engineers, scientists and tax professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Present Kingsway services to client's technical staff, explain criteria for eligibility and determine scope of projects.
- Write technical reports, including the technical objectives, state of knowledge and deviation from standard practice, and steps carried out in an experimental process.
- Research publicly available sources for contemporaneous evidence.
- Coordinate proposed activities with other team members to assure a smooth and continuous production flow.

Qualifications:

- Strong experience in one of the following fields:

- IT/ Software
- Mechanical
- Manufacturing
- Chemical
- Biotechnology & Food
- Must have strong technical writing skills and ability to develop a concise technical report in a timely fashion.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to conduct technical interviews to evaluate R&D activities.
- Ability to articulate, negotiate and support your technical views to our clients.
- Ability to prioritize tasks for multiple clients to consistently achieve delivery milestones.
