We're looking for a proactive, organized, and high-energy **Workplace Experience Lead** to keep our workspace running smoothly while making it an amazing place to work. From keeping our office stocked and efficient to planning unforgettable team events, you'll be the go-to person for all things culture and office operations

**What You Will Do**:
**Optimizing Office Experience**:
- Manage office supplies, pantry restocking, and grocery orders.
- Oversee office access, security, internet connectivity, and any other activities required to ensure the office runs smoothly
- Ensure that all office policies are implemented and enforced
- Resolve any urgent issues that may arise that compromises employee efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors for office-related needs.
**Culture & Employee Experience**:
- Support the implementation of culture initiatives as mandated by the Business Operations & Transformation team.
- Plan and execute team events, recognition programs, and quarterly socials.
- Organize All-Hands meetings and support logistics in event planning.
- Assist in team-building activities to enhance workplace engagement.
- Support employee engagement and onboarding initiatives.
- Ensure smooth execution of company-wide meetings and events.
**Other admin**:
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding and offboarding to optimize employee experience
- Support leadership with any ad-hoc administrative requests
**Qualifications**:
- A people-first, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in **office management, HR coordination, or event planning** is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
