**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to audience interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
- Implement and monitor social media advertising campaigns
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly
- Monitor online conversations and address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics
- Demonstrated expertise in community engagement strategies
- In-depth understanding of social media trends and algorithms
- Creative approach to content creation and familiarity with relevant tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Photography and videography experience
- Strong content creation and editing skills
- Personable and adept at working in a team environment
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and effective when working independently
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Interest in sewing, quilting, or craft hobbies

**Experience Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in a Marketing/Communications related field
- 2-5 years of experience in the field of marketing

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
