**Job Title: Social Media & Creative Assistant (Entry Level)**

De Mello Coffee is one of Canada's fastest-growing and most popular specialty coffee companies. Inspiration is our core value, and we highly value visual aesthetics. We are seeking a dynamic and creative SNS Coordinator / Photo Assistant at the entry-level to join our team.

As the SNS Coordinator / Photo Assistant, you will have two main responsibilities:
**SNS Coordinator**:

- Manage and run multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts according to our brand guidelines.
- Create community-engaging content that reflects our brand's story and values.
- Perform other daily tasks related to social media management.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Senior Photographer to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.

**Photo Assistant**:

- Set up and take down lighting equipment and photo props in the studio and on location.
- Assist with creative photo video production.
- Aid in lighting and camera work to ensure high-quality visuals.
- Shop for necessary photo props and supplies for photoshoots.

**Qualifications**:

- Highly creative and sensitive to current trends.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
- Comfortable appearing on camera with an outgoing and likable personality.
- Experience managing a business or personal social media accounts is a plus.
- Naturally artistic with a keen eye for colour and style.
- Familiarity with professional cameras and lighting equipment.
- Proficient in photo editing software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Able to travel to our cafe and other locations (having a car is a plus).
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and time management abilities.
- A love for coffee is a definite plus.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
