Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive website traffic.

HOURS WILL VARY BETWEEN 4 HOURS TO 20 HOURS A WEEK.

BETWEEN 11AM AND 4PM

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

**Duties**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to align with company goals
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for social media posts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

**Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Experience with Google Analytics and SEO best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Ability to conduct research on industry-related topics
