Are you a detail-driven creative who loves bringing ideas to life? Join the Marketing team at BCP and play a key role in shaping how our brands connect with guests across the globe.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help plan and deliver engaging campaigns, coordinate photoshoots, and support content creation across our portfolio of hospitality, retail, and experience-based businesses. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that offers variety — from crafting marketing materials to organizing media visits and collaborating with creative partners.
This position is in Banff — Remote work is not available, and relocation will be required.
What You’ll Do
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives.
- Develop and adapt marketing content for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and brochures.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual presentation across all channels.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots, influencer visits, and media requests.
- Assist with marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Maintain shared calendars, databases, and content libraries.
- Assist with maintaining and updating website content, imagery, and content libraries.
- Track campaign performance, media coverage, and social engagement metrics.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to support strategy development.
- Collaborate with graphic design and social media teams on creative assets and promotional materials.

What You Bring
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience coordinating or supporting marketing campaigns and events.
- Comfortable working across multiple social media platforms and content tools.
- Experience with WordPress including plugins such as Divi Pixel, Elementor, Yoast SEO, and Jetpack.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or similar creative tools is an asset.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, analytics tools, and content best practices.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism marketing is an asset.
