**Associate Client Executive, Aviation**
Supports colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects for designated accounts, completing account management tasks including gathering information for quotes, following up on correspondence, processing billing requests. Documents all activities in the system to ensure the timely and accurate production, processing, and delivery of client related documents.
Works to strengthen and grow account relationships.
Mitigates account concerns or issues, addresses problems in a timely manner and applies judgement as to when and what to escalate up to senior level colleagues.
Ensures client needs are identified and met, in line with agreed service standards for all aspects of account management and service delivery.

**What you need to have**:
- RIBO License and or license from the province of residence
- 2-3 years working experience in the field preferred, but will consider entry level.
