We continue to grow and expand our operations; we are in the process of building a second manufacturing facility with state-of-the-art equipment and processes. Work is underway in the facility on a new office and lunchroom for our growing dedicated team of employees

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of machines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
- Operate machines using hand and foot controls.
- Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment.
- Assemble and disassemble equipment.
- Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and mínimal unplanned stops.
- Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with mínimal wasted time and materials.
- Be able to follow machine maintenance protocols.
- Monitor machines for malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Have knowledge of machine safety procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time

Hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
