Bilingual (English/french) Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client calls and answer the questions or solve the problems in both French and English. Document all incoming calls in our CRM system.
- Demonstrate a caring and attentive attitude with clients at all times
- Monitor our servers and solve issues if they occur. Perform server maintenance routines.
- Grow long term relationships with clients through communication and outstanding customer support.
Required:
- College or University degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of PCs, peripherals, servers and network technologies.
- Familiarity with CRM or incident management tracking systems.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- High level of initiative, excellent problem-solving skills.
- Analytical and time management skills.
Would be an asset:
- Client and team-oriented work experience.
- Previous experience in a support position.
- Ability to work in a team environment with multiple offices.
- Familiarity with mobile technologies such as tablets and handsets.

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
We are currently working a hybrid work model with a weekly schedule consisting of three days in the office and two days remote work per week.
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
