**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Hourly plus 10% product commission health benefit plan for full-time employees after 3 months' probation time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing effectively, successfully, and consistently all medical aesthetic procedures such as Facials, Hydrafacial, Microneedling, Chemical peels, Radio frequency, and Dermaplaning is a bonus along with laser treatment and sculpting treatments.
- Educating the client about the procedure about to be performed and confirming that the pre-care instructions have been respected
- Respecting every step of the established treatment protocols
- Reviewing post-care instructions to optimize long-term results and satisfaction
- Discussing ways to optimize treatment plans and offer every patient a customized skincare regime
- Using downtime in between assigned clients to review the next one’s chart, prepare/clean the room, make some retention calls and pro-actively think of cross-selling opportunities
- Generating revenue for the Clinic through the procedure and product recommendations, retail/service bookings, and excellent customer service
- Anticipating patients’ needs and being proactive in ways to recommend procedures and products that could help them (integrated skincare model)

**Requirements**:

- Must have an Esthetician Diploma from a known Canadian college.
- Must have previous experience with medical aesthetic services: laser hair removal, facials, sculpting.
- Must have consultations and sales experience.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic, and enjoy working with the public.
- A high level of integrity, work ethic, and punctuality.
- Excellent verbal communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Should be comfortable with retail and service-up selling.
- At least 2-year Esthetician work experience.
