**Experienced Service Advisor needed for a busy Scarborough Store**

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement all systems, procedures, and processes
- Achieve high profitability
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**:

- Superior customer service skills
- PROVEN track record of exceeding industry benchmarks
- **High school diploma/equivalent. College diploma preferred**
- Automotive and tire knowledge
- Excellent organizational and task management skills
- Familiarity with computers and other technology
- Keen understanding of the automotive aftermarket repair business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 9 and 10 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
