Pro-Western Mechanical is a fast paced, mechanical company providing complete mechanical services for new construction of multi-dwelling residential, condos/apartments, town houses and light commercial/industrial. **Coordinator Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Understand and facilitate along with the PM, provincial and local specific permitting, and licencing requirements to carry out works within the constraints of the place of work.
- Facilitate use of database/document management
- Maintain internal project schedule, direction from the PM
- Schedule meetings (Kickoff/Closeout)
- Maintain project document; turnover documents, change management related to project, commissioning reports i.e. supplemental instructions, RFI’s, shop drawings and change orders
- Assist with Project Managers to compile O&M manuals
- Assist with internal project check point deadlines
- Track Field Assets
- Other tasks/duties as may be required

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a project execution role
- Post-secondary education in a related field of study (i.e. Construction Management Diploma/Degree, PMP certification considered an asset)
