**Role Description / Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the quality of work performed by construction personnel.
- Oversee, directly or indirectly, the activities of various fabricators, vendors, and work teams to ensure the constructed asset meets the expected specifications and overall quality requirements.
- Review and approve all inspection and test plans provided by contractors.
- Review each construction contractor’s quality management plan at the start of construction.
- Monitor the quality control program throughout construction and ensure the inspection and test plan is followed.
- Actively manage and coordinate construction deficiencies with the Construction Management Team (CMT) and contractor personnel.
- Coordinate construction turnover at the end of the construction phase.
- Work independently within a larger project team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Working knowledge and general experience with electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical systems.
- Solid understanding of codes and standards applicable to industrial construction.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, processes, and best practices.
- High proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365.
- Journeyperson certification in either Electrical/Instrumentation or Mechanical trades.
- Computer proficiency is required.
- Pre-access substance testing is required.
- Journeyperson certification (Electrical/Instrumentation or Mechanical) preferred.
- **Work Schedule**: 2 weeks in / 2 weeks out rotation
