This is a dual role position where you will be required to serve part time and manage full time.

**MUST BE AVAILABLE 5 or 6 DAYS/WEEK**

TYPICAL SHIFT 3:00pm-11:00pm

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Serving guests in a professional and friendly manner and building strong rapport with regular and new clientele
- Staying on top of phone calls, reservations, take out and platforms
- Managing the floor on weekends to ensure the fluidity of service to maximize guest experience;
- Creating and maintaining FOH staff schedules
- Upholding and adhering to the restaurant’s vision and act as the liaison between FOH and BOH teams;
- Assisting in Training new FOH staff members to the standard which we adhere to
- Ensure all staff cash-outs have been completed, checked and placed in the office;
- Acting as a role model by demonstrating strong leadership and maintain well-mannered employee relations;
- Leading by example while holding staff accountable for their performance;
- Acting as an ambassador by developing and managing guest relations, guest satisfaction, and guest recovery efficiently and effectively;
- Effective use of common sense, good judgment and resources to independently resolve operational matters while still demonstrating high personal integrity and business ethics;
**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- A minimum of 2 years in a Fine Dining establishment
- Minimum 2 years Serving Experience
- Minimum 2 year Bartending Experience
- Possess a good foundation of wine knowledge; understanding wine structure, able to educate staff members on renown wine regions, properly upsell wine to a table based on their preferences
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a face-paced environment and with the capability to be resourceful, problem solve with grace and delegate;
- Proficient in Pixel Point (or similar), Microsoft Office and Google Calendar;
- An outstanding communicator with exceptional attention to detail;
- Exhibit an Impeccable record for boosting sales and guest experience;
- Be Professional, Passionate, Motivated to succeed and help others succeed
- Have an excellent disposition and even temperament;

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
