Hardscape Installation Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our New Team. As the Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing installation projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in various installation techniques and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Responsibilities and Skills
- Coordinate and supervise installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Perform concrete rough/finish, masonry, some electrical, paver installation, timber and decking installation, and all softscape required and tree planting.
Knowledge of pond installations as well as flat bottom pools.
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently
- Provide guidance and training to installation team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure installations meet industry standards
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during installations and implement appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and materials used
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Experience operating heavy equipment and power tools safely
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients
- Valid G License and clean driver's abstract
- Minimum 7-10 years experience
- 2-3 references required.
