Forty (40) hour work week, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Mon-Fri) in office with 5 hours flex time.
- Maintain office equipment, seeking service when necessary.
- Greet and interact in a positive, professional manner with all guests;
- Excellent organization and time management
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Order office and kitchen supplies, as required.
- Distribute daily incoming mail.
- Prepare all outgoing mail.
- Prepare outgoing FedEx and sign incoming courier packages.
- Handle shipping/receiving, as required.
- Review, complete, and file all new customer and franchise files.
- Complete all other filing, as required.
- Good computer skills: able to operate in MS Office, Google Drive, and knowledge of
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and receivable;
- Reconcile monthly bank statements;
- Track and balance franchisee chargeback payments, 15th & 30th ;
- Maintain professional clean environment of the office space;
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and take messages, as necessary;
- Prepare letters and general admin, as required, for franchisees and regional office, example income letters, finders fees credit letters ;
- Assist with annual internal audit, as required;
- Other tasks as specified by the Regional Director.

**Salary**: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
