Are you ready to make a difference every single day? At Scholars of Burlington South, we are more than a tutoring centre. We are a community where students discover confidence, families feel supported, and educators love coming to work.

We are looking for a part-time **Education Coordinator** who brings energy, organization, and leadership to our centre. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety. You will be part educator, part administrator, and part relationship-builder, working directly with students, families, and our tutoring team to keep everything running smoothly. As the centre continues to grow, this position has the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.

What You Will Do

As Education Coordinator, you will wear many hats and play a vital role in shaping the experience at Scholars:

- Be the first connection for families by introducing parents to Scholars programs and helping them feel confident about their child’s learning journey
- Coordinate student and tutor schedules to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Administer assessments, establish personalized learning programs, and track student progress
- Support and coach tutors in delivering the Scholars teaching philosophy
- Maintain strong communication with parents by providing updates, celebrating wins, and planning next steps
- Represent Scholars in the community by building relationships with local schools, sports teams, and businesses
- Create a positive, motivating environment where students feel inspired to learn

What We Are Looking For
- A university degree (Education, Social Sciences, Languages, Math, or Business preferred)
- Comfort with high school math is an asset
- Bilingualism, especially French, is an advantage
- Experience in an education or business setting where you managed schedules, assessments, or student groups
- Confidence with technology including MS Office, scheduling systems, and online apps
- Familiarity with billing and sales is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time
**Salary**: $19 to $22 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
